| Bar at the End of The Road |
|
My one-act play, The Bar at the End of the Road, was performed on February 18, 19, 25, and 26, 2005 by the Bracken Theater Company at the Little Theater of Wilkes-Barre. The play was nominated for Best Original Production at the 2005 NEPTA Awards. The cast is as follows (in order of appearance):
Jim: William J. Moore Renee: Kelly Alexandra Trotta Gus: Bill Falzone Jerry: Warren Rosengrant Kurdt: Bob "Tybo" Ward McKeown: Sean McKeown Joseph: Roger Samuels Another Customer: Sharon Grevera
The play featured the story of a young man named Jim who finds himself in a great bar with a killer jukebox and a singer that just might be Kurt Cobain. However, Jim soon finds out that the bar is not quite what it seems. Below are scenes from the play. Click on each picture to find out a little about each scene.
My thanks go out to the cast, the Bracken Theater Company, Sean McKeown, and Amie Dutcher for all the work they did to make my dream come true.
